Building an e-commerce business requires sustained work and real spending on tools, products and advertising, and most people who consume free educational content take no action and earn nothing. You could lose money. Never spend money on a business, including advertising budgets, that you cannot afford to lose.
Your results will depend on your own effort, judgement, budget and circumstances.
Free live training sessions are genuinely free, require no payment details, and carry no obligation. Seats are limited per session and offered first come, first served.
The paid mentorship is described and agreed on a call before any payment is made. No payments are taken through this website. Every student signs a written service agreement setting out the programme, the schedule and the total price before any payment is collected.
Mentorship payments are collected as a deposit by card and, where a payment plan is agreed, the remaining instalments by Direct Debit. Payment plans are a simple split of the total price: no interest, no fees and no surcharges of any kind are ever added.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14 day cancellation period. Because lessons are scheduled to begin right away, students expressly request that the mentorship starts inside this period and acknowledge that once delivery of the programme has begun, the right to cancel is limited to the value of what has not yet been delivered, and once the programme has been fully delivered it no longer applies. This is set out plainly in the service agreement before you pay.
If an instalment is missed, access to lessons and support is paused until the plan is brought up to date. We never charge late fees or interest.
The Ecom Pros community membership is billed separately through Skool. You can cancel it at any time from your Skool account settings, which stops all future billing immediately. Questions about any payment can be sent through the contact page.
